God Wants You HEALTHY

Let’s face reality, what is easier to wake up in the morning to do due diligence, or to worry that there is disease and evil lacking out there and it might get you? 

You see, God has given us a very powerful tool right here in our body and it is the“tongue” in our mouths. We are good at speaking all sorts of things, but its biggest purpose is for it to shape the world around us.

A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. – Proverbs 18:20-21

Let’s look at the EASY Version of the same scripture:

You have to live with the result of the words that you speak!

Words are able to save lives and to cause death. So you must accept the result of what you say.

I love the Word of God because it carries truth and it has the power to change your life where you need change. 

I don’t need to say too much to you except that I hope you pray and God opens the eyes of your understanding so you may be enlightened to see, receive and comprehend what He wants you to do. 

You see, Jesus says in John 12:49 

The words that I have spoken did not come from me myself. They come from the Father, who sent me. He told me what message I must speak. He told me the words I must say.

Now, many people all over the world at this present moment are being plagued with fear because of all that is going on. 

The weather is totally bizarre, it’s cold where it was mostly warm and where it used to snow it doesn’t snow much anymore. When it rains it’s not normal either. It’s like someone turned on a giant faucet in full force, causing floods in several regions. When I look at the videos being posted on the internet I can’t help but wonder where all that water is coming from!

Then there is the biggest threat of all to mankind, diseases that scientists are frantically looking for cures day and night. The puzzle is made more daunting by the pathogens that are causing diseases like the COVID-19 which is constantly doing its survival fight by altering its genetic code, making it a formidable foe.

What am I trying to say?

First of all, “Fear Not” because fear is an enemy that will make you die before your time. God has the answers we are looking for. His Word was made for us to live by, long before we arrived, so here are some affirmations to say and hold dear to your heart for when fear tries to come: We have an obligation to say what the Father says in His Word! Let’s look for Words that God has already said!

1. I am in good health and alive. 
2. I am in good health because my soul is prospering.
3. God the Father is keeping me from all evil; so no sickness is permitted near me.
4. The Lord is my shepherd. I will not want for anything.
5. One thousand can fall at my side and ten thousand at my right, but they will not come near me because I have the most High as my refuge.
6. I am blessed coming in and I am blessed going out: and the blessing of the LORD makes me only rich: that blessing empowers me to be strong and to succeed in everything I put my hands to do.
7. I stay my mind constantly on the LORD therefore He keeps me in perfect peace for He is my Jehovah Shalom. I remind myself often that He has good thoughts towards me: thoughts of good and not of evil, to give me a future and an expected end. Therefore my expected end is good health, power, wisdom, riches, honor, glory, strength, and blessings.
8. I expect to live a good long life because God says in his Word He will satisfy me with long life and show me his salvation.
9. I will live a healthy long life because he does satisfy my mouth with good things that cause my youth to be renewed like an eagle. I am given the right wisdom by the Holy Spirit to eat the right foods that nourish my body and keep my body healthy and strong to resist disease. 
10. I know Jehovah Shammah is always with me: I have an abundant life that Jesus paid for me by his sacrificial life. I can do all things through him, for His Holy Spirit abides in me, both to will and to do for the Father’s pleasure.
11. If sickness tries to attack me I do not give it a room or a permanent address. We don’t walk together because we do not agree! It is written, “It comes in one way and it has to flee 7 ways.” I choose to live the life that Christ has bought for me, it is no longer I who lives but Christ who lives through me! I conquer every trial and test through Him because he gives me the strength I need to do it.
12. I don’t hold grudges. I do my best to forgive those who wrong me and I look for ways to do good because our deeds are seeds that can add or reduce. I do good to others and avoid harming any and everyone.
13.  Love is a multiplier. I chose to walk in love rather than hate so I know my good deeds are multiplied exponentially to the Glory of God.
14. I am carefree because God has got me so I do not waste my energy on anxiety or worrying! I constantly cast all my cares on Him because He cares. I am engraved on His palm and He will never forget me. He says He will carry me even when I become old and grey.

When you take God’s word in your mouth and speak it out, you are actually planting it in your life and it will germinate and bring forth a harvest that will answer in your life. That is what affirmation is about; when you do affirmations, you are agreeing with what God has said about you in His word and the angels hasten to perform those words.

So be proactive, expect to be healthy, and speak words that align with health.
