A Moment With I AM

I don’t know it all yet, but I know enough that I am nothing without you Lord. Like an empty sounding gong, I don’t know why you choose to love me. How infinitely patient you are from everlasting to everlasting to eternity. When I look back I marvel at your faithfulness to me and how you have carried me. I am grateful.

I chose to love you back because in moments like this when all is quiet and morning is pushing to burst into the day, I want to be sure I am so full of you that my nothing becomes only you.

You are love and perfection itself so you and I can walk together through my eyes, your loving eyes can see what I don’t see. My ears can hear through you. My mouth becomes your mouthpiece, all in one sweet moment here on this earth.

You have been there since before time knowing all things. You knew me and loved me more than enough. You chose me, why Lord? I don’t know why you chose me. What did you think then that you are still thinking, to have given me this life, that I should walk this earth? 

In moments like this, I am transported into your bosom. I could live there forever, nestled there turning a deaf ear to all the tumult around me. In one moment, in one sweet moment every morning, love is complete. So dear dear Holy Spirit I acknowledge your presence,your sweet presence here with me. Come my sweet companion, walk along with me. No, don’t just walk along with me, take over my life, my body and make it yours. Live life through me, walk on this earth, do the will of Elohim; thank you Father, thank you Holy Spirit for calling me an overcomer through your Son Jesus. Thank you for charging me to occupy the earth until you come to gather us and our household home.

Thank you that you will not leave a hoof behind, not even a nail, not even a piece of hair because we are partakers with Jesus Christ, my savior, my redeemer, my anchor, my deliverer; my Rock, who has justified me, sanctified me, and keeps me. 

Thank you Lord. I will not surrender to the dictates of this world, I lean on you Abba, I know you are with me. I know you will not leave me, you will not forsake me till the end of time and I praise you, I worship you, and I give you honor, I give you Glory and I adore you cause you choose to make me yours and I am yours and I love you. 

Thank you for loving me with an everlasting love. Thank you for who you are. You are God Eternal and there is none that can be compared to you.

I praise you Lord and I worship you.
